You are invited to submit your abstracts for oral and poster presentations!
Submission guidelines:
- Deadline for submissions – 31 May 2025.
- All abstracts must be submitted online through the link given above. Abstracts that are sent via e-mail will not be considered.
- All abstracts must be submitted in English.
- Abstract title must contain a maximum of 150 characters, including spaces.
- The abstract body should not exceed 200 words.
- Please ensure complete listing and correct order of all (co-) authors and respective affiliations.
- It is the authors’ responsibility to submit a correct abstract. Any errors in spelling, grammar or scientific fact will be reproduced as typed by the author.
Review process and notification of acceptance:
- All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee after the submission closes.
- The notification of acceptance will be sent to the presenting author’s e-mail address, after 15 June 2025.
