You are invited to submit your abstracts for oral and poster presentations!
Talks are granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Submission guidelines:
- Deadline for submissions – 15 April 2026
- All abstracts must be submitted online through the same form, including:
– Abstract title
– Full author list – Please provide author names separated with semicolon (“;”). Each author name should have the form “LastName, Initials (1)”. Please use numbers within brackets to indicate affiliation (see below). For instance, Faria, R (1,2); Carneiro, M (1); Alves, PA (2,3)
– Abstract body should not exceede 2000 characters
Notification of acceptance:
- The notification of acceptance will be sent to the presenting author’s e-mail address in the 20th of April 2026.
Mini Plenaries:
- We intend to host two mini-plenaries given by ERC researchers (graduate students and postdocs). These would be slightly longer talks (~30 minutes) with the aim of promoting more complete work from our junior colleagues. Opportunity to apply for these can be found in the form.
