Oral presentations
Duration: 12 minutes (10 minutes presentation + 2 minutes discussion). Due to our tight schedule, we kindly ask that you strictly adhere to this time limit.
Submission of presentation files:

Please submit your presentation files by 27 November 2024 through this link.

File format: PowerPoint and PDF

File name: Please name your file as follows: SessionNumber_NamePresenter (e.g., S2_JohnSmith.ppt). The thematic sessions and their presentations can be found here.

On the day of your presentation, please bring a backup copy of your presentation on a USB stick (preferably in PDF format if the presentation does not contain animations).
Poster presentations
- Poster size: A0 portrait format (118.9 cm high x 84.1 cm wide)
- Setting up your poster: Please print and bring your poster with you on the first day of the conference (Wednesday, 4 December). Posters will be set up during the registration period (8:30-9:30).
- Poster stand location: Your poster will be assigned a specific location based on the individual ID number provided at registration.
- Attending your poster: Presenters are encouraged to be available at their posters during coffee breaks whenever possible. Additionally, you will be asked to attend your poster during the final 45 minutes of the lunch break on one of the two presentation days.
